Cathy Leman, MA, RD is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, nutrition therapist and survivor of hormone-positive breast cancer.
- Bachelor of science (BS) in nutrition and dietetics and completed dietetic internship through the University of Illinois (UIC) coordinated undergraduate program in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Graduate degree in health psychology from National Louis University. additional training in the principles of intuitive and mindful eating, disordered eating and eating disorders.
